HR & Admin. Specialist 人力资源及行政专员Responsibilities 职责
Effective support on regular personnel management, including:
为日常人事管理提供有效支持,包括:
Staffing and training activities, personnel changes, attendance, statistics and reporting, HR filing, local HR transactions, etc.;
员工招聘、培训,人事变动,考勤,数据报告,档案管理,本地人事业务办理等;
Implementation of HR management processes and system;
人力资源管理流程及系统实施;
Employee communication and relationship;
员工沟通及员工关系;
Internal and external audit;
内部、外部审核;
HR projects and staff activities;
人力资源相关项目及员工活动;
Regular communication and coordination with BU HR department.
与事业部人力资源部门的日常沟通协作。
Effective support on regular Admin. management, including:
为日常行政管理提供有效支持,包括:
Shuttle bus, company vehicle and canteen management;
班车,公司车辆及餐厅管理;
Hotel/flight booking;
酒店,机票预定;
Company secrurity and cleanling;
公司日常安全及卫生工作;
Administration documents and filing;
行政管理文件及档案管理;
Regular communication and cooperation with relevant suppliers;
与相关供应商的日常沟通及协作;
Regular payment review and reimbursement.
日常费用审核及报销。
Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。
Education学历
College education or above.
大专及以上学历。
Skills技能
Strong skills of planning, organization, coordination and exicution;
较强的计划、组织、协调及实务操作能力;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
良好的人际沟通技能;
Strong English language skills;
良好的的英语能力;
Strong PC and MS Office skills;
良好的计算机及办公软件应用能力;
Strong ability of learning.
