Responsibilities职责：

Assembly  parts  of  steering  gears  according  to  instructions,  assembly  specification,  and  drawings.

按照指导书、装配要求和图纸部装转向机。

Operating  the  assembly  machines.

操作装配机床设备。

Reach  machine  maximum  output  according  to  CT.

根据设备加工节拍要求达到设备最大产量。

Ensure  the  good  quality,  can  identify  the  issue  on  own  position.

确保产品质量,能识别自己工序的问题点。

Do  the  right  AM  according  to  AM  plan  and  training,  keep  the  machine  in  well  condition.

根据自主维护计划,进行正确的设备维护保养,保持设备处于完好状态。

According  to  5S  standard  and  BPS  standard,  keep  the  workplace  clean  and  tidy,  implement  them  correctly.

根据公司5S标准和BPS精益生产系统，保持工作场所的整洁和卫生，并正确的执行。



Qualification  Required任职资格要求：

Technical  School  or  above.

中专（技校）或以上学历。

At  least  1  year  work  experience  of  assembly.

至少1年以上装配工作经验。

Can  get  the  related  technical  information  from  work  documents.

可以从相关的工作文档中读懂技术信息。

Team  work  spirit.

具有团队精神。

Available  to  work  in  three  shifts.

能三班倒。
