职位描述
Main tasks 主要职责1.Strategic sales planning & new applications development capability for whole sales team.
2.Strategic pricing in distribution network establish and management
3.Lead Sales team in follow up sales pipeline & forecasting
4.Aggressive in new business development & new product launching
5.Value selling capability in system solution & service support to customers
Requirements 要求
Must-Criteria 必备条件
1.At least 3-5 years sales & marketing experience for industrial product, hydraulic preference
2.Have experience in leading OEM sales & distribution sales team & management
3.Have experience in project management of new product development.
4.Have experience in strategic sales planning in mobile hydraulic fields
5.Play as the major facilitator in sales planning & sales forecast

1.Speak fluently & write in English.
2.Have engineering background of industrial & mobile hydraulic applications
3.Self-independent to work
4.Proven strong sales record in new business development of industrial sectors.
