1.New  product  process  development  with  PFD,PFMEA,Error  Proofing.
2.Process  and  equipment  specification  maintain.
3.New  machine  purchase,design  review,project  timing  plan  follow  up  with  purchase.
4.Validation  for  new  production  line/equipment.
5.Support  continuous  improvement.

Must-Criteria
1.Bachelor  degree  in  mechanical  industry  or  related.
2.5+  years  in  automotive  manufacturing.
3.Familiar  with  PFD,PFMEA,Control  Plan,work  instruction.
4.Knowlege  about  new  process/machine  development/qualification.
5.Good  COmmunication  skill:English  reading  and  writing  ,prefer  good  spoken  English.

Can-Criteria
1.Familiar  with  custom  assembly  &  test  machine  and  fixture  ,set  up  and  process  validation.
2.Familiar  with  quality  tool:MSA,SPC,FMEA,APQP.
3.Experience  in  project  manegement.
