1.New  product  feasibility  study,  process  parameter,  work  instruction,  PFMEA,  etc.

  2.New  machine/fixture  design  requirements,  purchase,  design  review,  project  timing  plan  follow  up.

3.Validation  for  new  production,  process  changes  or  new  fixtures.

4.Participate  in  handling  of  quality  issues.

5.Support  continuous  improvement.


Must-Criteria

1.Bachelor  degree  in  mechanical  industry  or  related.

2.2+  years  in  automotive  manufacturing  .

3.Familiar  with  PFD,  PFMEA,  Control  Plan,  work  instruction.

4.Good  Communication  skill;  English  reading  and  writing,  prefer  good  spoken  English.


Can-Criteria

1.Familiar  with  custom  assembly  &test  machine  and  fixture,  set  up  and  process  validation.

2.Familiar  with  quality  tool:  MSA,  SPC,  FMEA,  APQP  .

3.Experience  in  project  management.
