Job  Duties
Cash  management:  Ensure  enough  cash  position  and  ensure  safety  of  fund.
Payment  Application:  Prepare  payment  application  bi-weekly,  verify  and  ensure  supporting  information  accurate  and  adequate.
Payment  processing:  Classify  payments  by  nature,  process  operational  spending  and  capital  spending  in  different  banks.
Cash  collection:  Monitor  money  collection  and  ensure  timeliness.
Deposit  management:  Manage  and  utilize  deposit.
Bank  balance:  Reconcile  balance  with  banks
Cashflow  forecast:  Properly  arrange  payment  according  to  cashflow  plan
SAFE  registration:  Timely  register  cross  border  payment  and  collection  in  SAFE,  communicate  with  SAFE  if  necessary.

Desirable  experience  and  qualifications
Minimum  1  years  accounting  in  multinational  company.
Major  in  Finance  or  accounting  with  Bachelor  degree,  .
Good  understanding  with  ERP,  SAP  is  plus
Good  written  and  oral  English.
Good  communication  skill  and  teamwork  spirit
