职责描述：
1、作为公司和客户新项目开发中的管理代表，领导项目小组成员按照客户要求开展新项目的开发；
As  Management  representative  of  our  company  and  new  project  development,  lead  project  team  members  to  develop  the  new  project  according  to  the  client's  requirements;

2、负责项目的整体管理、进度管理、预算管理、风险管理；
Responsible  for  the  overall  project  management,  progress  management,  budget  management,  risk  management  ；

3、负责项目资源协调、项目问题整理和汇总并定期向管理层汇报项目情况；
Responsible  for  coordination  of  project  resources,  collection  and  compilation  of  project  issues  and  report  regularly  to  the  management  layer  on  project  status;

4、负责对项目的整个过程进行组织、监督和协调，制定项目质量目标并跟进目标的达成情况，定期召开项目会议，评估项目状态，控制项目变更及项目风险，对于异常及时汇报和寻求管理层支持；
Responsible  for  organizing,  supervising  and  coordinating  the  whole  process  of  the  project,  establishing  the  project  quality  objectives  and  tracking  the  objectives  completion,  holding  project  meeting  regularly,  to  evaluate  the  project  status,  controlling  the  project  changes  and  project  risks,  timely  reporting  and  seeking  management  layers’  support  for  abnormalities;

5、配合市场部参与新项目报价，与客户进行技术交流和澄清。
Co-ordinate  with  the  marketing  department  to  participate  in  new  project  quotations,  technical  exchanges  and  clarification  with  customers.


任职要求：
1、机械/模具设计等理工科相关专业本科以上学历；
Mechanical  /  mold  design  and  engineer  related  profession  college  education;

2、受过项目管理、管理学等方面的培训；
Trained  in  project  management,  management,  etc.

3、5年以上设计管理工作经验；
More  than  five  years  design  management  experience;

4、熟悉汽车相关内饰产品的开发、项目管理和材料分析；
Familiar  with  automotive  interior  product  development,  project  management  and  material  analysis;

5、掌握塑料成型工艺与模具制造工艺；
Master  plastic  molding  process  and  mold  manufacturing  process;

6、熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；
Proficiency  in  company  product  and  production  process  technology  application  knowledge;

7、掌握TS16949质量体系的相关要素；
Master  the  relevant  elements  of  the  TS16949  quality  system;

8、能组织并完成过程流程图、PFMEA、控制计划等APQP文件；
Ability  to  organize  and  complete  APQP  documents  such  as  Process  Flow  Diagram,  PFMEA,  and  Control  Plan;

9、熟练使用办公软件、CATIA、UG、PRO/E制图软件；
Proficiency  in  using  office  software,  CATIA,  UG,  PRO  /  E  mapping  software;

10、能组织协调产品开发各阶段的工作；
Organize  and  coordinate  all  stages  of  product  development

11、有出色的协调能力和组织能力；
Excellent  coordination  and  organizational  skills;

12、有较强的团队合作与沟通能力；
Strong  teamwork  and  communication  skills;

13、能吃苦耐劳，能承受较大工作压力；
Can  work  hard,  can  withstand  great  working  pressure;

14、有英语基础，能进行简单交流或能看懂英文项目资料。
English  skill,  easy  to  communicate  or  able  to  read  English  project  information.
