岗位职责:
1. 负责全厂PLC及电气技术，支持现场停机，协助车间完成设备故障排查，提供技术支持和改造。制定及优化维修策略及流程。Responsible  for  PLC  and  electrical  technology,  assist  shop  trouble  shooting,  provide  technical  support.  Create  and  optimize  maintenance  strategy.
2. 新项目技术支持和项目管理，跟踪开口问题、培训、备件、PM，文档等，支持各阶段验收。  New  project  technical  support  and  project  management,  tracking  opening  issues,  training,  spare  parts,  PM,  documentation,  etc.,  supporting  the  project  acceptance  of  each  stage.
3. 参与搭建工业控制系统信息安全测评环境、工控设备信息安全类漏洞挖掘、资产管理、补丁管理和研发信息安全类测试工具等工作。Construction  of  industrial  control  system  information  security  assessment,  industrial  control  information  security  vulnerability  mining,  asset/  patch  management,  research  /development  information  security  testing  tools.
4. 组织技术会议，加强各车间维修技术交流及与供应商的沟通合作。组织与戴姆勒工厂的技术交流。Organize  technical  meetings  to  improve  technical  information  sharing  between  shops.  Organize  meetings  with  suppliers  to  improve  the  communication  and  cooperation.  Organize  information  sharing  with  other  plants  of  Daimler.
5. 收集PLC技术存在的问题并持续改进。分析开口项问题，制定措施，并确认措施执行效果。组织设备的升级及改造工作。Collect  equipment  problems  and  improve  it  continuously.  Analyze  the  opening  issue.  Develop  measures.  Confirm  the  effect  of  the  implementation  of  measures.  Organize  equipment  upgrade  and  modify.
6. 负责其他PLC相关创新工作和中间软件的配置和运营工作。Responsible  for  other  PLC  related  innovation  work  and  configuration  and  operation  of  intermediate  software.  Responsible  for  middleware  software  configuration  and  operation.


任职资格:
1本科以上计算机、通信、信息安全、自动化或相关专业  Bachelor  degree  or  above  in  computer,  communication,  information  security,  automation  or  related  majors;
2  熟悉汽车制造行业，对工业现场控制系统深入了解，精通相关网络协议和技术；Familiar  with  the  automobile  industry,  deep  understanding  of  the  industrial  control  system,  and  proficient  in  relevant  network  protocols  and  technologies;
3熟悉Eplan图纸、电气特性和布置接线，熟悉电气设备工作原理；熟悉自动化设备相关的控制柜、仪器仪表、传感器、激光雷达、RFID等的应用；Familiar  with  Eplan  drawings,  electrical  characteristics  and  layout  wiring,  familiar  with  the  working  principle  of  electrical  equipment;  familiar  with  the  use  of  control  cabinets,  instruments,  sensors,  laser  radar,  RFID,  etc.  related  to  automation  control;  
4英语熟练对话，能承受较大的工作压力  good  at  oral  English,  can  stand  pressure；
5有汽车厂工作经验者优先，能承受较大的工作压力Priority  at  work  experience  of  automotive  company,  can  stand  pressure
