职位概述:  
              
            To  administer  and  supervise  Warehouse  staff  and  operator,  improve  warehouse  efficiency.  
            To  carry  out  warehouse  tasks:  receiving,  Quantity  check,  storage,  dispatch  to  workshop  or  subcontractor,  FG  dispatch,  transportation/  loading  management,  to  guarantee  the  stock  accuracy  and  sound.  
            To  keep  warehouse  operator  and  cargoes  safety.  
            To  be  key  user  for  SAP  MM  module  regarding  warehouse  Goods  movements.  
              
            工作职责:  
              
            1.Manager  and  monitor  daily  work  output  like  receiving,  counting,  picking  and  shipping.  
              Establish  internal  policies  and  procedures  for  effective  warehouse  management  
              监督管理仓库收料、盘点、发料、包装、发货运输和记账等的日常工作；  
              建立内部高效的仓库管理政策和程序。  
            2.Be  the  interface  between  Supply  Chain  and  production.  
              是供应链和生产之间的桥梁  
            3.Ensure  the  time  and  quantity  regularity  of  procurement  and  removing  from  the  production  lines.  
              保证从线上的移动和流程时间与数量的规律性  
            4.Control  and  optimize  all  physical  and  information  flows.  
              控制和优化所有实物及信息的流程.  
            5.Ensure  the  actual  inventory  reliability  of  the  site  and  the  respect  of  the  FIFO  rule.  
              保证存货的准确性和可靠性，并遵循FIFO原则  
            6.Participate  to  the  respect  of  inventory  objectives  and  to  the  reduction  of  obsolete  items.  
              参与存货目标的达成，减少废料  
            7.Lead  internal  inventory  audits.  
              领导内部存货的审核  
            8.Ensure  the  respect  of  safety  instructions,  policies  and  procedures  
              重视和执行安全程序，政策以及指示。  
            9.Lead  and  raise  continues  improvement  project  and  plan.  
              提出领导持续改进项目。  
            10.Coach,  train  and  develop  subordinate  employees.  
              培训和发展下属员工。  
              
            职位要求：  
              
            1.College  associate;  
              相关专业大专学历；  
            2.3+  years  of  working  experiences  in  managing  warehouse;  
              3年以上仓库管理经验；  
            3.Familiar  with  MS  windows  and  office,  SAP  experience  is  preferred;  
              熟练使用办公软件，接触过SAP者优先；  
            4.Good  language  skills  in  English  and  Chinese;  
              英文良好；  
            5.Good  communication  and  interpersonal  skills;  
              良好的沟通技巧和人际关系；  
            6.Detail  and  analytical  minded,  with  high  degree  of  responsibilities  sense;  
              细心，分析能力强，具有高度责任感；  
            7.Mature,  independent,  initiative  and  self-motivated;  
              成熟、独立、积极主动；  
            8.Be  able  to  work  under  pressure  and  tight  deadline.
