POSITION  SUMMARY  
              
            The  Continues  Improve  Engineer  will  analyze  and  evaluate  methods  of  production  and  point  out  ways  to  improve  them.  He  will  recommend  how  to  allocate  the  limited  resources  within  the  framework  of  existing  physical  constraints.  He  will  be  the  coordinator  to  drive  the  changes  at  work  shop  towards  the  better  level.  He  should  work  with  cross  function  team  to  achieve  the  company  goals.  
              
            KEY  ACCOUNTABILITIES  
              
            Develop  &  optimize  the  layout  in  according  with  the  business  growth  
              
            Establish  the  standard  cycle  time  database  and  implement  line  balance  principle  
              
            Analyze  the  existing  production  method  and  provide  the  proposal  of  improvement  
              
            Lead  the  activities  of  Lean  Manufacturing  implementation  
              
            Support  to  setup  the  long  term  manufacturing  strategy  
              
            Coordinate  the  continuous  improving  activities  within  company  
              
            Support  the  ergonomics  team  actions  with  best  practice  
              
            Propose  the  minimum  inventory  level  based  on  capacity  and  capability  study  
              
            Drive  the  activities  of  5S  and  visual  factory  
              
            Be  responsible  for  site  safety,  health,  security  and  emergency  systems  awareness.  
              
            Any  other  tasks  assigned  by  supervisor.  
              
            EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  
              
            Bachelor‘s  degree  in  Engineering  is  required  or  equivalent  
              
            Have  >  5  years  Experience  in  the  automotive  industry  preferred  
              
            Experience  in  the  manufacturing  company  and  Continues  Improve  Engineering  
              
            Understanding  the  machining  &  assembly  process  
              
            Experience  of  6  Sigma  &  Lean  Manufacturing  project  preferred  
              
            Strong  communicative  skill  
              
            ?  Good  English  in  writing  and  speak.
