POSITION  SUMMARY:  
              
            -  To  perform  the  manufacturing  engineering  function  for  special  projects,  production  lines,  cost  reduction,  and  continuous  improvement  thru  analytical  approach.  
            -  Develops  and  implements  optimal,  cost-effective  manufacturing  processes  and  methods  in  accordance  with  product  specifications,  safety  requirements  and  quality  standards.  
            -  Recommends  and  implements  improvements  to  processes,  methods  and  controls  and  product  design.  Ensure  safe  working  practices  are  designed  into  all  processes.  
            -  Interacts  with  all  levels  of  the  organization  as  a  team  to  produce  and  be  accountable  for  desired  results.  
              
            KEY  ACCOUNTABILITIES:  
              
            -  Be  responsible  for  the  S&W  machining  technology  of  turbocharger.  
            -  Be  responsible  for  the  introduction  of  new  S&W  and  apply  them  to  our  line.  
            -  Compile  and  review  the  relevant  technology  file  for  the  S&W  machining,  such  as  work  flow  chart,  FMEA,  control  plan,  work  instruction  etc.  
            -  Improve  the  quality  and  productivity  in  the  line  continuously.  
            -  Maintenance  the  tooling  &  fixture  management.  
            -  Maintenance  the  S&W  cell  and  keep  it  runs  well.  
            -  Compile  the  production  order  based  on  production  plan.  
            -  Ensure  the  assemble  operator  correctly  carry  out  technology  file  and  finish  the  production  plan  on  time.  
            -  Routine  maintain  SAP  system  and  ensure  the  data  updated.  
            -  Complete  the  job  that  be  temporarily  assigned.  
            -  Be  responsible  for  site  safety.  
              
            EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  
              
            -  University  or  College  Graduate  with  the  Major  in  Mechanical  or  Mechtronic.  
            -  Be  familiar  with  the  CNC  Machining.  
            -  5+  Year  CNC  Experience  in  a  medium  to  large  scale  manufacturing  is  necessary.  Experience  in  automotive  industry  is  preferred.  
            -  Good  Computer  skills  in  office  software  and  AutoCAD.  
            -  Proficiency  with  Microsoft  office  software  (Word,  Excel,  Powerpoint,  and  Outlook)  is  required.  
            -  Strong  written  and  verbal  communication  skills  are  required.  
            -  Language,  Fluent  English,  German  is  a  plus.
