Accountabilities
The  position  incumbent  ensures,  that
1.  Manage  customer  order  (sample/after  market)  OTD  =100%
2.  Manage  production  plan  and  update  SAP  system  on  time
3.  Monitor/comunicate  with  customer  to  improve  forecast  accuracy,  escalated  in  time  if  necessary
4.  Manage  customer  FG  and  WIP  stocks
5.  Create  delivery  note  in  system  and  ensure  billing  document  support  for  Finance
6.  Manage  customer  relationship  and  handle  customer  complaints  if  production  scheduling
7.  Maintain  SAP  master  data  in  PP  module  as  key  user
8.  Start  and  lead  escalation  process  in  case  of  customer  demand  changings
9.  Proactively  communication  with  internal  customer  and  timely  escalation
10.  Long  term  view  and  anticipation  of  bottlenecks  for  customer  forecast  and  production  capacity
11.  Taking  part  in  EC  processes  (e.g.  for  master  data  updates)
12.  Other  tasks  assignment  by  team  leaders

Professional  Background  /  Basic  Qualification  /  Work  Experience:
1.  College  degree  above;
2.  Good  Excel/Powerpoint  skill
3.  Work  experiences  with  SAP-PP-modules
4.  More  than  3  years  Material  planning  experiences  in  automotive/electronic  industry;

Interpersonal  Competence:
1.  Ability  to  analysis  and  solve  problem  under  complex  and  high  pressure  background;
2.  Team  work,  cross  function  coordination,  diligence  and  strong  sense  of  responsibility;
