Job  Requirements  职位要求:
1、Secondary  education,  mechanical  and  electrical,  maintenance  related  majors;
大专以上学历，机电、维修、电气自动化相关专业；
2、Engaged  in  equipment  maintenance  related  work  2  years.  Working  experience  in  automobile  and  machinery  industry  is  preferred.
从事设备维修相关工作2年。有汽车、机械行业工作经验者优先。
3、Good  communication,  organization,  coordination  skills,  skilled  use  of  computers;
良好的沟通、组织、协调能力，熟练使用计算机；
4、Holders  of  electrician  card,  can  read  mechanical,  electrical  drawings;
持有电工证，能看懂机械、电气图纸；
5、  Have  a  good  personal  qualities  and  professional  ethics.
具备良好的个人素养及职业道德。




Job  content工作内容：
1、On-site  equipment  /  tooling  repair  and  maintenance,  to  ensure  the  normal  operation  of  the  production  line;
现场设备/工装维修、维护，确保生产线正常运行；
2、According  to  the  TPM  management  of  equipment  /  tooling  for  maintenance,  overhaul,  equipment  preventive  maintenance  routine  tasks;
依据TPM管理对设备/工装进行维护、检修，定期完成设备预防性维修保养任务；
3、Inspecting  on  time,  analyzing,  judging  and  handling  the  anomalies  in  the  production  process  and  timely  reporting;
按时进行巡检,分析、判断和处理生产过程中的异常情况，并及时汇报；
4、Equipment  downtime  data  collection  and  analysis  of  the  reasons;
设备停机数据收集并进行原因分析；
5、Assist  engineers  to  complete  equipment  improvement,  process  layout,  site  supervision,  acceptance  of  new  equipment  and  other  work;
协助工程师完成设备的改进、进行工艺布局、现场监督、验收新设备等工作；
6、The  use  of  5S  to  ensure  that  the  workplace  clean,  tidy  and  orderly.
运用5S保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。
