Objective  of  the  Position
Manage  all  maintenance  teams  and  activities  ensuring  the  safe,  continued  and  uninterrupted  availability  of  all  equipment  within  a  defined  EPU.

Accountabilities
?  Reporting  directly  to  Plant  Manager  with  responsibility  for  all  maintenance  activities  within  a  defined  EPU
?  The  single  point  of  contact  for  the  EPU  manager  for  all  maintenance  activities
?  Implement  the  Company  Health,  Safety  and  Environment  policies  in  all  aspects  of  Maintenance  to  support  a  safe  and  compliant  workplace.
?  Execute  the  TPM  (Total  Productive  Maintenance)  process  at  EPU  level  to  include:
?  Manage  the  EPU  Planned  Preventive  Maintenance  program
?  Manage  the  EPU  Operator  Maintenance  program  (Autonomous  Maintenance)
?  Be  the  maintenance  Representative  for  integrating  new  equipment  into  the  EPU
?  Manage  the  process  for  ensuring  equipment  is  capable  of  manufacturing  parts  to  the  required  quality
?  Support  the  continuous  improvement  of  equipment  (Safety,  Quality,  Efficiency)
?  Manage  reactive  maintenance  within  the  EPU  to  ensure  minimum  downtime  and  to  eliminate  repeat  occurrences.
?  Ensure  that  sufficient  and  adequate  spare  parts  are  held  to  minimise  any  downtime
?  Accountable  for  the  maintenance  of  all  manufacturing  equipment,  tooling,  jigs  and  fixtures  within  the  EPU.
?  At  EPU  level  ensure  that  good  data  is  generated  for  use  in  the  management  and  continuous  improvement  of  Maintenance.
?  Train  and  develop  maintenance  team  members  to  the  required  levels  to  support  the  EPU  including  operators  for  Operator  maintenance.



Requirement  Profile
Professional  Background  /  Basic  Qualification  /  Work  Experience:
?  College  degree  or  above,  major  in  mechanical  and  electrical  integration.
?  More  than  8  years  technical  management  experience  in  auto  parts  industry,  hold  electrician  certificate,  familiar  with  equipment  maintenance  process  and  meet  TS16949  specification  requirements.
?  Familiar  with  Siemens  plc200/300  /  smart  /  1200  software  applications.
?  Able  to  use  AUTOCAD  and  read  electrical  and  mechanical  drawings.
?  Good  command  of  English.
?  Proficient  in  Office  software  operation  and  application
