Objective  of  the  Position
This  position  is  ultimately  responsible  and  accountable  for  the  program  management  of  exhaust  system  for  global  and  local  customers.  The  program  manager  should  be  able  to  work  under  pressure  and  undertakes  the  smooth  and  effective  program  management  along  with  business  acquisition  and  program  management  to  the  successful  SOP,  ensuring  the  targets  on  Quality,  Cost  and  Time  schedule.

The  position  incumbent  ensures,  that
？  Responsible  for  managing  all  stages  of  program,  worldwide  development  engineering  in  defining  product  and  process  requirements.
？  Excellent  communication  and  stakeholder  management  to  ensure  full  organizational  support  and  acceptance  throughout  a  program/product  lifecycle
？  Plan,  schedule  and  control  the  gates,  functional  milestones  and  deliverables  according  the  master  timeline.
？  Build  and  manage  efficient  program  communication  with  global  &  local  team,  local  commercial  OEM  customers,  very  strong  communication  and  soft  skills
？  Obtain  detailed  schedule  input  from  core  /  extended  team  members,  customers,  identify  key  milestone  dates,  document  key  assumptions,  and  develop  risk  management  plans.
？  Guide  and  moderate  the  program  team  towards  success  according  the  targets  of  timing,  cost  and  technical  scope.
？  Support  sales  team  to  maintain  customer  relationships  and  commercial  vehicle  business  development

Requirement  Profile
Professional  Background  /  Basic  Qualification  /  Work  Experience:
？  More  than  5  years  working  experience  in  program  management  of  automotive  industry,  at  least  3  years  program  management  experience
？  Be  motivated  and  has  passion  to  work  with  global  team,  enjoy  challenge  from  implementation  new  product  technology  and  manufacturing  process  from  Europe
？  Strong  experience  in  communicating  and  coordination
？  Strong  analytical,  problem  solving  and  decision  making  skills
？  Effective  leadership  and  be  able  to  influence  core  teams  through  personal  motivation
？  Familiar  with  the  IATF16949  and  APQP  process
？  Very  fluent  English  in  both  oral  and  written
