1.  Responsible  for  BU  Asia  IT  Service  Desk.  Base  on  ITIL  to  responsible  on  Incident  management,  problem  management,  configuration  management,  change  management  and  release  management.
2.  Support  BU  Asia  all  entities  SAP  system  related  problem/change  (SD,MM,WM,PP,QM,PS,  module).
3.  Manages  the  installation,  maintenance,  and  monitoring  of  the  organization’s  local  IT  infrastructure  and  IT  services.
4.  Manages  voice,  data,  and  video  communication  systems  throughout  the  organization,  including  the  installation  and  maintenance.  Planning  and  design  of  information  systems  by  following  group  standards  from  Headquarter  IT.
5.  Coordinate  the  activities  with  relevant  team  (business  team,  hard  ware  vendor,  network  vendor,  regional  IT  team  and  corporate  IT  team)  effectively;
6.  Ensure  IT  project  implementation  and  IT  Infra  maintenance  compliant  with  IT  policies/IT  standard  processes;
7.  Establish  IT  standards  and  procedures  of  the  Ebersp？cher  group  for  information  systems  and  performance  monitoring  documents.
8.  Coordinate  between  Headquarter  IT  and  local  organization  the  planning,  development,  and  installation  of  SAP  system  by  evaluating  current  and  future  business  requirements.
9.  Responsible  for  new  plant  or  joint  venture  company  ERP  system  roll  out  (SAP  ECC6.0/SAP  BO/Kingdee,  etc)
10  .Perform  any  additional  responsibilities  as  requested  or  assigned.
11.  Manage  and  track  all  BU  Asia  entity  yearly  IT  CAPEX  and  OPEX  budgets
12.  Conduct  regular  IT  security  internal  audit  and  organize  IT  security  training
Requirement  Profile
1.  Professional  Background  /  Basic  Qualification  /  Work  Experience:
Bachelor  degree  in  Information  Systems,  Computer  Science  or  comparable  formal  technical  training  and  certification
2.  More  than  8  years  working  experience  in  IT
3.  Main  tasks:  Microsoft  Server  and  Office  Applications  support  as  well  as  Network  Infrastructure  support
4.  Experience  in  manufacturing  area,  particular  in  automotive  industry  is  preferred
5.  Good  English  in  both  oral  and  written
6.  Over  3  years’  experience  in  SAP  modules  (PP/SD/MM/WM)
7.  ITIL  certificate  is  required
8.  PMP  /  CCNA  /  MCSE  certificates  are  plus
