Objective  of  the  Position
CV  mixer  specialist  is  responsible  for  aftertreatment  system  (ATS)  Mixer  developing  for  after  treatment  system  of  diesel  engine;
Accountabilities
The  position  incumbent  ensures,  that
·  Focusing  on  mixer  development,
·  Setting  up  mixer  development  plan  for  different  ATS  types  and  execute  it
·  Conducting  designer  build  3D  models  for  mixer
·  Driving  CFD  team  to  simulate  mixer  performance  such  as  flow  uniformity  index  (UI)  and  NH3  uniformity  index  and  deposit  prediction;
·  Driving  FEA  team  to  simulate  mixer  durability  according  to  handbook;
·  Leading  simultaneous  engineering  with  PE&ME  colleagues  to  avoid  mixer  can  be  easily  welded  and  integrated  in  ATS.
·  Driving  prototype  team  building  samples;
·  Driving  test  lab  to  finish  the  test  including  NH3  UI,  deposit  test  on  both  hotflow  bench  and  engine  bench.
·  Conducting  product  engineer  integrate  mixer  in  ATS;
·  Contacting  and  cooperating  with  HQ  and  USA  D&D  center  regularly  for  information  transferring.
·  Build  a  mixer  data  base  about  urea  processing  and  anti-deposit  capacity.



Requirement  Profile
Professional  Background  /  Basic  Qualification  /  Work  Experience:
·  Bachelor  or  higher  degree  in  fluid  dynamics  or  related  field,  major  in  auto  engineering  preferred
·  More  than  3-5  year  experience  in  automotive  product  engineering,  Exhaust  system  and  CFD  experience  preferred  .
·  Leadership  as  a  cross  function  team
Technical  Expertise:
·  Good  knowledge  about  product  developing  process
·  Knowledge  on  project  management  is  plus
Interpersonal  Competence:
·  Good  communication  and  presentation  skill
·  Fluent  English  for  both  oral  and  written
