主要工作职责/Main    Responsibility：  
            1.product    and    process    section    inspection:    Responsible    for    the    confirmation    of    the    product    quality    of    Powertrain  
            2.Planning    of    Control    Plan:    Create    and    update    check    instructions,    work    instructions    and    process    instructions.    Control    the    update    and    usage    of    the    control    plan    (PLP)    for    product    safety    assurance    incl.    problem    escalation.  
            Define    and    update    inspections    frequencies    for    regular    inspections    and    additional    situation    orientated    inspections    based    on    inputs  
            3.Fault    stopping    process:    Realization    and    support    of    the    fault    stopping    process    in    the    powertrain    line.  
            Addressing    and    accompany    of    fault    stopping    actions    to    the    causer.    Making    decision    on    powertrain    quality    improvement.  
            4.Leadership    of    employees:    Guide,    motivate    and    cultivate    the    assigned    employees    through    agreement    on    objectives    and    performance    reviews.    Securing    the    internal    communication    and    information    flow    to    make    sure    that    the    target    of    the    team    are    realized.  
            Recruitment    and    choose    employees    during    the    different    periods    of    the    project    and    production.    Recognize    potential    of    junior    employees    and    propose    them    for    promotion.  
            Prepare    the    subordinated    employees    for    their    duties    and    responsibilities.    Brief    the    superior    of    discrepancies.  
            5.Continuous    process    of    improvement:    Create    concepts    to    implement    and    improve    in    terms    of    new    work    organization    concerning    economic    efficiency    within    the    own    field    of    responsibility.  
            6.update    any    technical    changes/innovations    regarding    powertrain.  
            7.Set    up    of    MRS-reporting    system    (set    up    standard    report    for    TOP-errors/causer    of    each    area/    critical    topic)  
            8.User-administration    (new    staff)  
              
            任职条件/Requirement：  
            1.University    degree,    major    in    Powertrain    /    automotive    engineering;    大学学历，计算机工程或汽车工程专业；  
            2.Familiar    with    car    manufacturing    process    especially    powertrain    manufacturing    process    and    defects    occurred    during    manufacturing;    熟悉汽车制造特别是发动机制造流程，并熟知汽车制造过程中的缺陷种类；  
            3.Good    English    skills    for    writing,    listening    and    speaking;    英语听说读写能力俱佳；  
            4.Good    communication    and    coordination    skills;    良好的沟通能力和协调能力；
