主要工作职责/Main    Responsibility：  
            -    Lead    and,    supervise    and    motivate    assigned    employees  
            -    Ensure    training    qualification    of    assigned    employees    in    order    to    meet    the    targets/    assigned    work  
            -    Continues    improvement    of    working    area    and    efficient    work    arrangement  
            -    Ensure    safety    standard  
            -    Ensure    quality    reports    and    required    escalation    to    the    supervisor  
            -    Make    required    decision    in    terms    of    quality    deviation    and    implement/    document    measures    to    ensure    quality    and    production,  
              
            任职条件/Requirement：  
            -    University    or    bachelor    Degree    in    engineering  
            -    At    least    3    years    work    experience    in    automotive    field,    preferred    in    powetrain    (Engine)    and/or    quality    management  
            -    Strong    analytical    and    problem    solving    skills.  
            -    Good    command    of    English    (spoken    and    written),  
            -    Good    computer    skills    (MS    office)  
            -    Work    in    shift    operation    if    required
