Main  responsibilities

Responsible  for  Volvo  China  IT  portfolio  management  and  cycle  planning.  

Serve  as  the  CP/PM  functional  single  point  of  contact  in  Volvo  China  IT.

  Establish  an  overall  strategy  (strategic  plan  designed  to  achieve  defined  objectives)  for  IT  Services.  

Interface  with  China  Growth  IT  programs  in  Sweden  to  ensure  business  needs  are  met  and  delivered  on  time  within  budget  with  quality.  

Work  with  the  China  Growth  IT  Director  on  planning  of  China  IT  budget,  manning,  timing,  statusing,  and  communication  Matrix-report  to  VC  IT  BDS  -  Cycle  Plan  and  Strategy  manager  in  understanding  and  contributing  to  the  VC  IT  strategy  for  VCC.

Qualifications  

6+  years  experience  in  IT  cycle  planning  and  portfolio  anagement  ,preferrably  in  auto  industry.  

Global  companies  work  experience  a  plus.  

Project  mangement  experience  in  leading  IT  projects  with  strong  technology  background  and  analytical  ability.

Portfolio  management  experience  on  strategy  to  identifing  business  needs,  and  work  with  across-functional  teams  to  support  Volvo  China  business  plan.

  Proven  ability  to  understanding  technical  subjects,  emerging  technologies,  and  process-oriented.  

Experience  in  leading  and  working  with  teams  across  countries  and  cultures.  
Strong  teamwork,  leadership  and  influencing  skills.  

Effective  oral  and  written  communication  and  presentation  skills.  

Fluent  in  oral  /  written  English.  

Self-motivated.
