Job  description：
Be  responsible  for  coordinating  and  coaching  a  team  of  operators  in  their  operative  work  towards  their  team  targets;
Follows  up  the  team  activities  and  gives  feedback  to  the  realated  working  network,and  take  the  necessary  actions  in  case  of  deviations,  in  agreement  with  the  Supervisor.  
Takes  care  of  a  good  communication  and  co-operation  with  the  relevant  working  relationship.
Stimulates  and  contributes  to  the  continuous  learning  and  developing  of  the  team  and  the  individuals.
Secures  the  Volvo  Cars  Manufacturing  System  VCMS  way  of  working,  drives  the  maintain  process  and  leads  the  team  in  continuous  improvement;
Support  production  in  organising  his  workstations  in  the  best  possible  way  for  optimal  quality,  cost  and  delivery  performance.
Be  able  to  assess  the  severity  of  defects  according  quality  guidelines  &  standards.

负责相关工作关系的良好交流与合作。
激励并有助于团队和个人不断学习和发展。
确保沃尔沃汽车生产系统的工作方式，执行维护程序和带领团队不断进步；通过使他的工作站处于可能的最佳状态，来支持生产，以获得最佳质量、最低成本和最佳交货执行情况。
能够根据质量方针和标准评估缺陷的严重程度。  
  
Competence  requirement:
Preferably  a  technical  education  at  a  voacational  school  or  similar  by  experience
Automotive  experience/education  is  recommended  
Basic  knowledge  in  English  language/  plan  reading  and  measuring  techniques  is  a  plus.
Basic  knowledge  in  MS-office  tools  as  Excel,  word,  powerpoint.
Be  a  good  teamleader,  coach  and  communicator.
