Summary  of  the  Role  
Pilot  Plant  &  Vehicle  Management  is  responsible  to  manage  all  test  cars  for
Volvo  Cars  China.
We  are  now  recruiting  personnel  to  Coordinate  our  test  vehicles  in  China.  
Your  responsibilities  will  be  to  coordinate  our  test  vehicles  both  in  an  administration  way  and  physical.  
You  will  belong  to  a  team  of  two  Vehicle  Coordinator  and  report  to  Manager  for  Pilot  Plant  &  Vehicle  Management.

Main  responsibilities
1.  Manage  the  flow  for  all  kind  of  test  vehicles.
2.  Secure  that  all  documentation  for  the  cars  is  up  to  date  (number  plate,  insurance,  legal  requirement.    
3.  Secure  drivers  follow  vehicle  instructions.
4.  Manage  our  Vehicle  Management  System  DRIP.
5.  Contribute  to  create  routines  within  our  organization  to  support  our  customers.
6.  Plan  for  service  &  updates  for  test  vehicles  in  our  workshop  PD2.
7.  Secure  that  vehicle  will  be  scrapped  at  authorized  scrap  yard  after  utilization.

Qualifications  
·  Secondary  school  with  emphases  to  technical.  
·  Driver  license.  
·  Good  skills  in  computer  programs  such  as  Word,  Excel,  Power  Point  
·  Planning  skills.  
·  Good  in  English,  both  written  and  spoken  you  needs  to  communicate  with  Gothenburg  Vehicle  Management  on  regularly  basis.
·  Social  competence  

Experience  Required  
You  have  good  experience  within  the  area  Vehicle  Management.
You  have  worked  within  the  car  industry  before.
