Main  Purpose
Periodic  counting  and  maintenance  of  the  complete  stock    for  the  purpose  of  stock  optimizing  and  prevention  of  stock  deviations.  
The  Inventory  Controller  is  responsible  for  periodic  counting  and  maintenance  of  the  complete  stock  
  
Main  Tasks
Responsible  for  maintaining  stock  accuracy  using  the  following  methods:      
With  the  use  of  an  established    systematic  counting  of  the  stock  in  compliance  with  Government  and  Company  regulations.  
Analyzing  and  where  necessary,  giving  an  explanation  for  stock  deviations  in  the  case  of  differences  between  physical  and  administrative  stocks  e.g.  negative  stock  
Reporting  and  filing  of  all  stock  counts,  correct  (no  deviations)  or  incorrect,  with  the  accompanying  analysis
On  request  counting,  analyzing  and  where  necessary  correcting  stock  deviations  during  the  packing  process.  
Administrative  handling  of  scrap  material  at  the  request  of  Supply  Chain  Coordination.  
Administrative  handling  of  material  to  be  sold  at  the  request  of  Supply  Chain  Coordination.  
Reporting  of  key  performance  indicators.  
Following  up  and  adhering  to  ISO  demands  and  procedures  
Participating  in:  
Projects  concerning  Stock  Control  and  Inventory  
The  development  of  packing  &  parts  supply  and  material  supply  processes,  specifically  the  processes:  Inventory,  Stock  Control  and  Goods  Receiving  Administration.  
  
  
6.  Competence  Requirements
In  this  role  the  following  competences  have  been  identified  as  mandatory:
  
Proven  Middle-Level  Vocational  Education  or  equal  qualifications  
Minimum  of  4  years  relevant  work  experience  
Reach  truck  Diploma  
Lift  truck  Diploma  
Good  written  and  oral  knowledge  of  the  English  Language  
Experience  with  computer  systems  (MS  office)  
Customer  Orientated  
Analytical  Thought  Processes  
Accurate  
Flexible  regarding  tasks  and  working  hours  
Good  Team  player
