Key  responsibilities  Main  Responsibilities  

?  Corporate  communication  strategy  planning  &  implementations;
?  Manage  and  facilitate  clear  and  consistent  communications  between  internal  and  external  teams  to  achieve  good  team  spirit;
?  Active  alignment  between  VCC  PA  team  and  local  communicators  both  in  corp  and  product  PA  team;
?  Coordinate  and  supervise  routine/project  deliverables  from  site  communications,  internal  communications,    event/sponsorship  and  media  relations  areas;
?  Lead  systematic  management  on  corp  comms.  library  and  news  desk.  
?  Develop  and  review  materials  -  e.g.  new  releases,  fact  sheets,  Q&As,  speeches,  presentations,  newsletters,  collateral  materials;
?  Facilitate  executive  communications  for  leadership  building  and  brand  promotions;
?  Assist  executive  communications  and  speech/interview  documentations;
?  Oversee/lead  assigned  projects  and/or  events  to  ensure  the  quality  of  work  meets  business  objectives  and  provide  value;  
?  Assist  regional  media  relations  expansion  and  maintenance;
?  Play  key  role  in  Issues  &  Crisis  management;
?  Manage  agency  and  administration  duties  such  as  budgeting,  billing  and  financial  reporting;  ?  Grow  team's  professionalism  and  spirit

?  Yearly  and  Quarterly  corp  communication  planning;
?  Quality  and  quantity  of  assigned  project  management  per  Q;
?  Key  performance  measurement;
?  ROI  for  projects  in  charge;
?  Team  and    cross  function  colleagues'  feedback;
?  Ability  to  think  creatively  &  strategically  and  act  smart;
?  Knowledge  to  industry,  market,  and  competitors;

Academic  Qualifications  Required

  Bachelor  degree  or  above,  preferably  in  communications,  business  administration,  marketing  or  Journalism;  

Experience  Required  

7  years  plus  working  experiences  in  corporate  and  marketing  communications,  at  least  3  years  automotive  PR  experience  with  multinational  corporation  or  top  consulting  agency;
3  years  plus  managerial  experience  with  proper  training;  
Mature,  proactive,  independent,  results-driven  and  teamwork  spirit;
Strong  oral,  editing  and  written  skills  both  in  Chinese  and  English
Ability  to  supervise  and  motivate  internal  and  external  teams;
Ability  to  handle  and  manage  stressful  situations;
