1、从事轿车冲压件和冲压检具几何尺寸及质量管理等工作6年以上工作。
  Having  six  years  quality  management  experience  in  the  stamping  part,  be  engaged  in  the
  geometry-size-checking    of  checking  fixture  and  stamping.part

  2、熟练操作三坐标，能够运用三坐标对冲压件和检具进行几何检测，并对检测数据进行分析
  并作出正确合理的评价。
  Skilled  use  the  3D  checking  machine  to  check  the  geometry  size  of  checking  fixture  and  
  stamping  part.

  3、有TS16949质量管理及认证经验，熟悉质量控制和管理体系，能够协助质量工程师能够编
  制质量控制管理文件。
  Having  the  experience  of  TS16949,  be  fimiliar  with  the  quality-control  system,  make  the  quality  document  with  the  quality  engineer.

  4、有与冲压、焊装车间的相关工作人员进行工作协调沟通能力，及时完成几何尺寸检测，协
  助质量工程师和工艺模具工程师分析解决冲压件存在的问题。
  Having  the  ability  to  communicate  with  the  team  member  of  the  stamping  or  welding,  finish  the  geometry  checking  in  time,  help  the  stamping  engineer  and  the  quality  engineer  to  analysis  the  quality  problem  of  stamping  part.

  5、服从上级主管的领导，并及时完成其分配的其它工作。
  Obey  the  leader,  finished  the  other  work  assigned  by  the  leader  in  time

  6、有VOLVO质量管理系统经历，熟悉并运用6-西格玛对检测数据分析。
  Having  the  experience  of  the  VOLVO  quality  system,  be  familiar  with  the  6-sigma  and  at  the    time  using  the  6-sigma  to  analysis  the  quality  data.

  7、能够熟练运用Office。
  Skilled  use  office.
    
Responsibilities  岗位工作职责
        
  1、培训和指导检查员对冲压件进行几何尺寸检查，并对检查数据进行分析判断；
  Training  the  inspector  and  direct  the  inspector  to  check  the  stamping  part,  at  the  same  time,to  analysis  the  quality  data  provided  by  the  inspector  and  give  out  the  advice
.
  2、对存在的质量问题进行判断，支持冲压和焊装相关人员解决质量问题。
  Give  the  advice  for  the  quality  problem  and  support  the  stamping  team  or  welding  team  to  solve  the  problem.

  3、按时完成质量文件的编制及质量认证工作，并根据生产状况，对不符合要求的质量文件进
  行更新。
  Making  the  quality  document  in  time,  base  on  the  production  condition  to  change  the  qualityfile,  which  is  unfit  the  production  status,  in  time

  4、配合生产线的工作，提高产品质量，完成质量改善提案，上级主管分配的其它相关工作。
  Support  the  work  of  production  line,  improving  the  quality  of  part,  finish  the  improving  advice,  finish  the  other  work  given  by  the  leader  in  time.
