At  least  5  years  of  experience  with  information  systems  in  manufacturing  environmnent.At  least  3  years  as  responsible  for  information  systems.Automobile  industry  background  is  plus.      
Good  knowledge  and  skills  on  network  (Cisco)  and  server  (Win-Tel/Unix,  both  is  better).Good  knowledge  on  information  security,  IP  Telephony  and  IT  control  process.        
Good  knowledge  of  MS  windows  and  MS  office  applications.      
Absolutely  trustworthy.Strong  analytical  and  problem  solving  abilities.      
Excellent  organizational  skills.Able  to  build  up  team  spirit  and  can  motivate  team.Can  communicate  &  work  across  organizations  and  with  all  levels  of  staff  and  management.      
Able  to  work  efficiently  under  high  pressure.Able  to  work  in  project  organizations  and  good  project  management  experience.      
Good  oral/written  English.  Good  team  work  spirit.  Self-motivator  and  flexible.      

Responsibilities  岗位工作职责

Work  with  China  and  HQ  IT  teams  closely  for  imlementation  of  IT  infrastructure  project.      
Responsible  for  plant  IT  infrastructure  design,implementation,administration,maiteneance  and  operation  management.      
Reponsible  for  network  and  server  installations  and  configurations  and  maiteneance.      
Work  together  with  IT  help  desk  and  applicatiom  teams  to  support  bussiness.      
Resolve  IT  issues  and  changes  due  to  new  busines  requirements.      
Team  build,motivate  and  management.      
Plant  IT  infrastucture  asset  management  and  supplier  management.
