1.Main  Tasks
Product  structure  control  to  secure  production  Pilot  Plant  and:  
·                  Analysis  and  structure-check  of  BOM
·                  Follow-up  changes  in  net  needs  of  parts  and  take  appropriate  actions  when  needed
·                  Follow-up  changes  in  p-spec/order  changes
·                  Provide  PD  with  detailed  errors  for  correction
·                  Provide  PPM  C-MP&L  list  of  parts  missing  purchase  orders,  both  batch  &  module  parts
·                  Call-off  of  project  material  for  test  object  series  until  try-out  phase  when  requested
·                  Provide  plant  supply  chain  coordinator  with  part  list  per  supplier  and  net  requirements  per  week
·                  Provide  all  sequence-  and  module  suppliers  with  part  list  of  net  requirements  per  week
·                  Provide  production  with  complete  breakdown  information  per  project  car.
Evaluate  production  feasibility  in  weekly  or  monthly  production  prepare  meeting  based  on  the  component  storage  situation
Ensure  feasibility  of  the  shipment  plan,  monitoring  and  control  of  inventories  in  terms  of  structure  and  range  of  coverage
  
2.Competence  Requirements
Bachelors  Degree
GPDS  Learning
Fluent  in  English,  written  and  writing
3-5  years  required  relevant  experience  (e.g.  Change  order  coordinator,  Material  Handling/PPM  plant,  Manufacturing  Engineering).
Overall  good  knowledge  of  VCC  products,  all  areas,  including  PD  base  of  structure.
Very  good  knowledge  of  systems  (e.g.  Excel,  KDP,  CMP)  and  working  routines  within  PPM
Very  good  knowledge  of  QMF  (queries).
Very  good  knowledge  of  Production  documentation,  Change  orders,  Product  structure  etc.  able  to  read  and  understand  CO  (upper  and  under  structure).
Very  good  knowledge  of  functions  within  its  own  area  and  special  area.
Good  knowledge  of  Manufacturing,  PD  and  Purchasing  part  of  the  process  that  are  linked  to  PPM  process.
Good  knowledge  of  Material  handling  within  the  plants.
Knowledge  about  the  Test  Object  process  to  have  an  overall  picture.
Knowledge  within  its  area  (see  Responsibility  above)  and  will  be  listed  under  Individual  Competencies/Skills  in  the  Performance  Workbook.
Be  competent  to  travel  both  within  China  and  Abroad

·              提供零配件和相对应的供应商清单及每周的净需求给工厂供应链协调人员
·              提供所有排序件、模块件和相对应的供应商清单及每周的净需求
·              为每个项目汽车提供产品的完整分解信息
·            根据零件库存情况，在每周和每月生产准备会上评估生产可行性
·          根据结构和覆盖范围，确定货物发运计划的可行性以及监控和控制库存
2.要求
本科
·          具备GPDS知识
·          英语读写流利
·          3-5年相关经验（比如，更改订单协调员，物料操作/工厂试生产管理，制造工程）
      对VCC产品和所有领域有整体的掌握，包括产品结构的基础
·          优秀的系统知识  （例如，Excel，KDP，CMP）以及在了解试生产管理内的工作程序
·          优秀的QMF知识  （查询）
·          优秀的生产文件，更改订单，产品结构等知识，能够读懂和理解CO（顶部和下部结构）
·          优秀的其领域和特殊领域的功能知识
·          良好的制造知识,  在产品和采购过程中与试生产管理有关的流程能力，
·          良好的工厂内物料操作的知识
·          了解测试流程，并对其有总体的意识
·          其领域的知识（查看以上责任），将会列举在表现手册中的能力/技巧下
·          能够胜任在国内外出差
