1、从事轿车冲压件质量管理等工作6年以上工作，能够对冲压件进行几何检测，并对检测数据
  进行分析并作出正确合理的评价。
  Having  six  years  quality  management  experience  in  the  stamping  part,  have  the  ability  to  check  the  quality  data  by  3D  machine  and  to  analysis  the  quality  data,  at  the  same  time  give  the  right  evaluate  for  the  quality  data.
  
  2、有轿车冲压检具的会签、验收经验，能够发现检具存在的影响检测操作问题。
  having  the  audit  buyoff  experience  of  checking  fixture  and  have  the  ability  to  find  the  problem  effected  the  operate.
  
3、熟悉轿车冲压件的装配关系，能够对各冲压件的质量要求作出正确的评估。
  Be  familiar  with  the  assembly  ralation  of  the  stamping  on  the  car,  have  the  ability  to  evaluate  the  quality  status  of  stamping  part.

  4、有TS16949质量管理及认证经验，熟悉质量控制和管理体系，能够编制质量控制管理文件
  Having  the  experience  of  the  TS16949  and  the  identification,  be  familiar  with  the  system  ofquality,  having  the  ability  to  make  the  quality  control  document.
  
5、能够与焊装车间的相关工作人员进行工作协调沟通能力，及时组织冲压工艺及模具工程师
  解决与焊装、涂装及总装间的质量问题。
  Having  the  ability  to  communicate  with  the  engineer  of  the  quality  of  the  welding  shop,  at  the  same  time  organize  the  process  engineer  to  solve  the  quality  problem  occurred  among  the  stamping  the  welding  the  painting  and  TCF.

  6、服从上级主管的领导，并及时完成其分配的其它工作。

7、有VOLVO质量管理系统经历，熟悉并运用6-西格玛对检测数据分析。
  Having  the  experience  of  the  VOLVO  quality  system,  be  familiar  with  the  6-sigma  and  at  the  time  using  the  6-sigma  to  analysis  the  quality  data.
  
8、能够熟练运用Office、Autocad,能看懂英文资料及简单的沟通。
  Skilled  using  the  Office,  Auto  CAD,  having  the  ability  to  read  the  english  document  and  communicate  in  spoken  english.

  Responsibilities  岗位工作职责        
  
1、培训和指导检查员对冲压件进行质量检查，并对检查数据进行分析判断；
  Training  the  inspector  and  direct  the  inspector  to  check  the  stamping  part,  at  the  same  time,  to  analysis  the  quality  data  provided  by  the  inspector  and  give  out  the  advice.

  2、对存在的质量问题进行判断，并组织相关人员进行解决。
  Give  the  advice  for  the  quality  problem  and  organize  the  team  to  solve  the  problem.

  3、按时完成质量文件的编制及质量认证工作，并根据生产状况，对不符合要求的质量文件进
  行更新。
  Making  the  quality  document  in  time,  base  on  the  production  condition  to  change  the  qualityfile,  which  is  unfit  the  production  status,  in  time

  4、对焊装、涂装、总装的质量投诉及时协调，并组织相关人员进行有效处理，跟踪处理结果
  For  the  quality  problem  given  by  other  shop,  organize  the  ralation  engineer  to  solve  in  time.  at  the  same  time  the  tracking  the  problem  status.

  5、配合生产线的工作，提高产品质量，完成质量改善提案，上级主管分配的其它相关工作。
  Support  the  work  of  production  line,  improving  the  quality  of  part,  finish  the  improving  advice  ,  finish  the  other  work  given  by  the  leader  in  time.
