Main  responsibilities：
1.  Act  as  a  bridge  between  the  VC  IT  application  development  team  and  business  users  to  collect  and  analyze  business  requirements  and  create  application  solutions.      作为应用系统开发团队和业务部门之间的桥梁收集和分析业务需求并制定解决方案。
2.  Support  business  users  to  use  the  MP&L  systems.  Conduct  configuration  of  the  application  and  responsible  for  troubleshooting  and  problem  diagnosis.
支持业务用户MP&L系统，对系统进行配置并负责问题的诊断和解决。
3.  Perform  quality  control  activities  (eg.  acceptance  tests)  to  ensure  functional  and  performance  objectives  are  met.执行质量控制（如系统验收测试）以确保功能及性能的满足。
4.  Define  configurations  (for  application,  printers,  shop  floor  equipment)  and  perform  user  administration  (create  users  accounts,  grant  authorizations).
定义系统配置（应用，打印机，工厂设备等）并进行用户管理（账号及权限控制）.
5.  Resolve  application  issues  and  changes  according  to  new  business  requirements.  解决应用问题并改善系统以满足新业务应用需求。
6.  Documentation  of  the  systems  and  implemented  processes  and  training  for  end-users.  制作系统及实施流程文档，进行用户培训。
7.  Assist  in  system  and  integration  testing  for  project  deployment.  辅助进行系统的集成测试。
Competencies：
1.  Good  knowledge  of  the  production,  logistic  and  quality  business  processes  and  of  the  IT  applications  supporting  these  processes.  良好的生产、物流和质量业务流程知识及应用系统支持能力。
2.  Good  knowledge  and  experience  for  implementation  /supporting  ERP,  SCM,  MES  etc.  有ERP,SCM,MES等系统的知识和系统实施/支持经验。
3.  Good  knowledge  of  MS  windows  and  MS  office  applications.  熟悉MS操作系统及办公应用软件。
4.  Good  knowledge  and  experience  with  unix/linux,  database  and  programming.  熟悉unix/linux,有数据库和程序开发经验。
5.  Knowledge  and  experience  of  project  management.  有项目管理的知识和经验。
6.  Able  to  work  efficiently  under  high  pressure.  Able  to  work  in  project  organizations.  能够面对高工作压力，有项目工作能力。
7.  Good  oral/written  English.  Good  interpersonal  skills.  Good  team  work  spirit.
