Responsibility/职责
  
-Implement  an  efficient  way  goes  for    onsite  Security  Management,  Personnel  Security,  Information  Security,  Goods  Security,  Site  Security    and  Fire  Protection/对现场安保管理、个人安保、信息安全、货物安全、现场安全以及消防保护执行有效的管理。
-Inform  and  support  onsite  management  and  organisation  about  security  status  and  other  relevant  security  issues/向现场管理层告知和安保情况以及相关安保问题。
-Responsible  for  onsite  incident  reporting  and  investigations/follow  up  if  required/负责现场事故报告和调查以及需要的跟进。
-Manage  onsite  Security  scorecard/管理现场安保门卡
-Perform/follow  up  onsite  risk  assessments/进行现场风险评估
-Actions  regarding  Security  general  assessment/和安保评估相关的行动
-Audit  observance  of  the  onsite  security  routines  including  fire  evacuation  organization/审核日常安保工作是否符合要求，例如消防疏散组织
-Handle  onsite  security  matters  /处理现场安保事务
-Coordinate  audit’s  and  examines  on  CD  plant  including  follow  up  and  create  action  plans/协调对成都工厂的审核和检查，并相应跟进和制定行动计划
-Maintain  onsite  security  network/维护现场安保系统
-Manage  security  company,  as  well  as  security  guard/管理安保公司以及保安
  
  Requirement/要求
-bachelor  degree  or  above,  5  years  or  above  experiences  in  security  or  related  fields  is  required  (Automobile  manufacturer  industry  is  preferred)/大学本科或以上学历，5年以上安保工作或相关工作经验（汽车制造行业优先）
-knowledge  in  Security  Management/具备安保管理知识
-Good  communication  skills/良好的沟通能力

-High  moral  and  integrity/为人正直
-Administrative  skills,  IT-knowledge/具备管理能力以及IT知识
-Take  actions  and  initiative/做事主动
-knowledge  about  VCSF/具备VCSF相关知识
