Project/Program  management  experience  required  within  VCC,  could  be  car  programs,  IT  projects  or  Business  Development  projects.  Project  &  people  management  skills.  
Structured  and  open  minded.  
PMP  certification  desirable"      
Good  knowledge  of  MS  windows  and  MS  office  applications.  Strong  analytical  and  problem  solving  abilities.      
Excellent  organizational  skills.  Able  to  build  up  team  spirit  and  can  motivate  team.  Can  communicate  &  work  across  organizations  and  with  all  levels  of  staff  and  management.      
Able  to  work  efficiently  under  high  pressure.  Minimal  travel  required.      
Good  oral/written  English.  Good  team  work  spirit.  Self-motivator  and  flexible.      

Responsibilities  岗位工作职责

?  Multiple  projects  delivery  in  Volvo  China
?  Interact  with  each  project/program  manager  to  provide  support  and  guidance  on  the  individual  projects.  
?  Convey  important  relationship  of  each  project/program  to  the  bigger  picture,  including  the  larger  program  and  organisational  performance  objectives  
?  Ensure  that  projects  are  organized  and  executed  in  a  consistent  manner  and/or  fulfilled  within  established  standards  
?  Review  and  determine  the  program  progress  and  overall  risks
?  Ensuring  that  the  overall  program  structure  and  program  management  processes  enable  the  project  teams  to  successfully  complete  their  work  
?  Program  stakeholder  management,  including  identify  stakeholders,  understand  their  needs  and  expectation  and  develop  a  stakeholder  management  plan  to  engage  affected  stakeholders,  manage  their  expectation  and  improve  their  acceptance  of  program  objectives.  
?  Develop  KPIs  that  are  reported  according  to  the  Communication  plan.  
?  Control  Program  budget  and  forecasts  "
Collaborates  with  other  IT  groups  to  reach  solutions  and  ensure  compliance  to  standards.Interfaces  with  various  levels  of  management,  business  customers,  vendors  and  other  IT  groups.
