Summary  of  the  Role:
Manage  the  group  of  Project  management  &  Electrical  system  design
  
Main  responsibilities:
1.  Recruit,  lead  and  develop  the  work  within  the  group  
(initially  5-10  persons)
2.  Ensure  that  the  Project  management  (including  planning,  coodination,  SW-handling/coodination  and  quality  management&material  cost  reductions)  is  perform  excellent  within  EESE  China
3.  Ensure  that  the  Electrical  system  design  work  (incl  E/E  architecture,  multiplex,  diagnostics,  system  safety,  EMC,  electrical  performance)  is  performed  excellent  within  EESE  China
4.  Develop  and  maintain  a  close  cooperation  (and  a  well  defined  worksplit)    with  EESE  Sweden  to  ensure  full  compatability  of  the  E/E  systems
5.  Ensure  that  development  processes/-tools  are  implemented  consistent  and  alligned  with  EESE  Sweden.  Contribute  to  development  of  future  processes  and  tools
  
Qualifications:
1.  University  degree  (preferably  master  degree  in  automotive  electronics  or  similar)
2.  Experience  from  automotive  OEM  in  management  position  (at  least  8  years,  out  of  4  years  in  management  positions)
3.  Very  good  knowledge  of  the  E/E  system  in  cars
4.  Good  understanding  of  distributed/multiplexed  E/E  systems
5.  Fluent  in  English,  both  written  and  spoken
6.  Very  good  communication  skills
7.  Very  organized  personallity
  
Experience  Required:
