Job  Description:

Accounting  and  reporting

1.  Ensure  all  accounting  and  managerial  reports  timely  and  accurately.
2.  Ensure  compliance  with  the  company's  accounting  policies  and  procedures  under  PRC  GAAP  and  IFRS.  
3.  Implement  measures  in  case  of  significant  deviations.  
4.  Improve  accounting  systems  and  procedures  to  align  with  the  company's  policy  and  internal  control  requirement.
5.  Handle  external  and  internal  auditor  requirements.

Financial  Controlling

1.  Ensure  budget  and  rolling  forecast  timely  and  accurately.
2.  Drive  cost  reduction  efforts  in  line  with  manufacturing  function;  identify  and  verify  potential  saving  opportunities.
3.  Ensure  accurate  costing  procedure  and  result  in  the  plant.
4.  Set  up  efficient  process  to  ensure  accurate  tracking  of  investment  project  cost.
5.  Closely  work  with  central  Finance  supporting  functional  control  and  business  plan.

TAX  AND  FISCAL  REQUIREMENT

1.  Oversee  tax  administration.  Ensure  that  tax  laws  and  regulations  are  strictly  adhered  to.  Ensure  that  the  company  is  availing  full  tax  incentives.  
2.  Maintain  sound  relationship  with  local  tax  bureau  and  ensure  that  all  tax-related  issues  are  properly  dealt  with.

TREASURY

1.  Maintain  necessary  relationship  with  the  banks.
2.  Oversee  the  treasury  and  cashiering  activities  to  ensure  the  availability  of  required  foreign  exchange  and  local  currency.

OTHERS

1.  Finance  team  buildup
2.  Other  tasks  assigned  by  senior  management

Requirements:

1.  University  Graduate  with  bachelor  degree  in  Accounting.
2.  Fluently  English  in  writing  and  speaking.
3.  CPA  or  MBA
4.  Must  have  at  least  8  years  of  combined  experience  in  the  field  of  Accounting,  Costing,  Finance,  Auditing  and  Treasury.
5.  At  least  5  years  in  managerial  finance  area
6.  Good  team  leadership  skills.  Good  Team  Player  and  Leader.
7.  Can  work  independently  and  under  pressure.
8.  Strategy  mind  to  business,  good  internal  control  mind  and  risk  protection  mind
9.  Problem  solver,  good  human  relationships,  flexible,  patient  and  mature  individual.
10.  Software  Applications.  
11.  Must  be  well-versed  in  all  government  requirements,  Tax  laws  and  regulations.
