Summary  of  the  Role  

This  role  will  take  lead  for  control  that  the  external  supply  base,  delivering  to  VCC,  provides  the  highest  quality  and  manufacturing  capability  in  time  to  assure  a  flawless  launch  for  programs,  model  year  changes  and  for  Running  changes.

Main  responsibilities

1.  Lead/Co-ordinate  STA  Program  Engineers  
2.  Develop  and  Implement  Program  STA  Processes  when  required  
3.  Lead  and  Support  Program  Supplier  Conferences  and  Information  
4.  Participate  in  Project  Review  Meeting  
5.  Part  of  STA  Management  Team  
6.  Part  of  Program  Purchasing  Management  Group  
7.  Part  of  Project/  Running  Changes  Management  Team  
8.  Lead/Co-ordinate  PPAP  follow  up  and  TPD  tracking

Qualifications  

1.  Bachelor  or  Above
2.  Mechanical  Engineering,  Material  Science,  EE  or  related  education  
3.  Ability  to  solve  problems  in  a  structured  manner      
4.  Ability  to  manage  multiple  items  at  the  same  time  without  loosing  focus  or  quality      
5.  Have  a  strong  holistic  view  and  high  degree  of  courage,  Integrity  and  business  ethics    
6.  Feeling  at  home  in  an  international  and  diverse  environment    
7.  Positive  attitude,  resolute  and  high  drive  for  results      
8.  Experienced  in  working  cross-functionally      
9.  Good  knowledge  regarding  standard  production  processes    
10.  Very  good  communication  (verbal  and  written)  and  social  skills  
11.  Travel  is  acceptable.        

Experience  Required  

  5~8  years  working  experiences  in  well-known  OEM  or  tier  1  supplier  of  automotive  industry,  in  STA  (supplier  quality  related)  area.  Experienced  in  production  process,  design  and  quality  with  good  knowledge  of  BIW(body  in  white)  or  Interior/Exterior  or  EE(electrical  &  electronics)  or  Chassis  or  Powertrain
