Summary  of  the  Role  We  are  looking  for  a  skilled  and  motivated  Project  Engineer  within  the  areas  of  
Surface  material  for  Interior.  
The  designer  engineer  work  is  conducted  in  group  in  close  cooperation  with  suppliers,  component  engineers  and    product  design  and  in  the  contact  network  mission  leaders  within  department  Interior,  Electrical  and  Transmission.

Main  responsibilities
1.  As  Project  Engineer  you  will  manage  product  development  projects  towards  established  frames  regarding  time  plan,  budget  and  technical  content.
2.  Ensure  technical  documentation  is  produced,  updated  and  released  according  to  plan.  
3.  Lead  cross  functional  team  of  internal  and  external  (suppliers)  competences.
4.  Initiates  and  execute  decisions,  both  in  project  and  line  organisation,  when  deviations  occur.
5.  Ensure  that  the  product  is  validated  and  tested  according  to  quality  assurance  plan.
        
Qualifications  
1.  Bachelor's  degree  in  Engineering  and  minimum  3  years  experience  from  Interior  surface  material.
2.  Experience  of  project  management/  engineering  in  the  following  areas  
-    Plastics,  Foil,  Vinyle
-    Textile,  Leather
3.  Minimum  3  years  of  automotive  experience,  working  for  an  OEM  or  supplier.
4.  Through  knowledge  of  engineering  techniques  associated  with  project  management.
5.  Exellent  in  colour  assessments
6.  Experience  in  design  verification  process  and  test  planning/execution.
7.  Excellent  analytical,  problem  solving,  decision  making  and  communication  skills.
8.  Good  coaching  skills  to  help  other  team  members  in  solving  engineering  problems.
9.  Fluent  in  speaking,  presentation  and  written  communication  skills  in  English.
